so work seems to be picking up a bit. good. i work better when i have a solid load of work sitting on my desk.
after a nice long rest week, im back to training. and things didnt start as well as i would have liked... im not sure if i was just stale from coming off a rest week, or it was the 110degree heat, or i was coming down off of my coffee high... but last night's ride sucked. my HR was thru the roof, and i was barely moving. not all that encouraging. I'm hoping tonights ride will be better.
on the training side... i decided that i wanted some more input on my training schedule, so i hired steve from cycle-smart. I have used CS in the past with good results, but had originally planned on recycling my old plans and going at it solo... easy to do on base training. but i want to make sure im right now track now that im adding the intensity.
damn. i want a nokia n95.
