i cut out the intensity of tuesday's ride... i was feeling a bit tired. im glad i did, because i did a 70mile ride last night & felt great... even with 30mins of threshold work. by the time i got home, it was late, so i didnt get to eat a ton... i paid for that today, as i had to work out in the woods for 10hrs straight. i was starving!!

i did a quick tick check before gettting in my car... fine.
i did another before i got in the shower... hmmm... what is that litle thing on my "precious area"?? muthafukin tick bit me on my junk. whats up with that? ugh. he must have just got there, cause he came off suuuuper easy. head still intact. im sure im fine. but also scared to death that im going to die of lyme desease.
