im waaay too old for this...
so one of allies co-workers is leaving & they were having a going away party for him... really great guy (in fact, he raced suckerbrook last year).. anyways, started at shorties...and then went to Shaskeen on elm st for some drinks. i walked in and was immediately handed a shot of jager. aww yeah. then another. then another. yeah. then some beer.. then some more shots. lucky for me, i had on a Showcase Showdown t-shirt & the bartender was a fan & gave me a couple of free shots. aww yeah. :) after a couple hours there, we headed down to Strangebrew. at this point i was just about done... i guess the bartender thought so too, cause pretty much everyone in our "party" got shut off.
now im supposed to go out for ride?? hmm... this is going to be rough.

Haa haaa!
Showcase Showdown! A blast from the past indeed. Damn, I remember seeing them a bunch of times back in Boston, probably opening for touring bands back then. I was really into The Pist! back then and Showcase really grew on me. Cheers for 'cross and good tunes!

Oh man... i love the Pist! i remember when we first go that LP at WUNH. lucky for me, they have it on eMusic, so i downloaded it recently. so good :)
