I'm sorry dude, hope you're doing alright by now...

If it makes you feel better, I had a sucky race too. That dust must have been pretty bad for the asthma.

i kinda wanted to stop and see how ya were doing there as you crawled off the course under the tape...

but as you seemed to be moving under your own power i figured it must not be life threatening and well...

bummer man...

sorry to hear...

FWIW after two races in that dust i'm still coughing up stuff...

I am fortunate that I do not have clinical asthma. After4 races over the past two weeks in this crazy dusty-dry weather, I think I may be developing some. My snot was disgustingly brown yesterday when I blew my nose.

Ew.

I'm glad you are still walking and that it was only an acute attack. You are looking pretty damn good out there... when you can breathe.

Rest up. You're still going to kick my ass in about a month.
