start of the new plan...

well, today im heading out for my first day of hard training... not that what i have done to this point hasnt been hard... but im now focusing more on high intensity stuff (instead of the long hours). fun fun. actually im kinda looking foward to it. :)

me & allie had such a great weekend. nothing really out of the ordinary, but it was fun nonetheless. after she got her hair colored (no more blonde... dark red now)..we headed up to york maine. did some walking around on the beach...took some pictures... then hung out in portsmouth for a bit... then to my parents for a bit... then back to manch...
