the good news is that i got the N95. the bad news is i broke the N95.
ugh. after drooing over the package, i opened it up. sooo sweet. after charging it, i turned on & played with it for a few minutes... before i started loading software on, i wanted to check & make sure i had the latest firmware. nope, i didnt.... first things first. update that.

its supposed to be a relatively easy procedure, recommended by Nokia.
I got about 75% installed, and somehow the program lost connection with my phone.
are you kiddin me? i spent the enxt 3 hrs trying various things... but basically its now dead. I am going to call Nokia today... but I have a feeling its gotta be shipped back to them to get it reflashed... or just send it back to Dell.

ugh. how annoying.
