Advil vs Advil PM

I just figured out why i was sooo tired & groggy all day.
When i woke up, i was a little sore & my back was killing, so I popped 3 advils.
I guess I should have read the label closer, it was Advil PM!!!!

oops.

I couldnt understand, why after 5 cups of coffee, i was STILL tired.
