Gun Control
is requiring a background check before buying a hand gun concidered "gun control"???
my co-worker thinks anything more than walking into wal-mart with a fist full of cash & walking out with a gun is stepping on his freedom.
im all for the "right to bear arms"... but i have absolutely no problem with background checks & some limitations... and yes, that mean's no uzi's.
discuss.

"Live Free or Die"
I think it's more about thinning the herd:
No seatbelt law
No motorcycle helmet law
I would love to see that stats on roadway deaths say vs any other state.

ill say this quick, then duck for cover.
i dont believe in seatbelt or helmet laws for adults.
i think you are a moron if you dont use them... but i also think its your choice.
I personally, ALWAYS where my seatbelt. After getting hit headon by a drunk driver, im glad I had it on. and I always wore a helmet back when i had my Triumph.
ok.. im gonna duck now.
Only in the United States does this bizarre equation exist: "guns = freedom"
It's a rather ridiculous notion. The NRA (at the behest of the billion dollar gun industry) sure has done a good job of spreading the idea, however.
Ride a motorcycle without a helmet? More like live free then die.
