new N95?? Should I?

yes, im a mobile phone dork. I love my N95, however there are 2 things that bug me:
1. battery life
2. lack of free RAM

well, now they have the N95-3 that just came out, and it solves those 2 problems.
hmmm. do i sell mine, shell out an extra $100 and get the new version? or do i just suck it up and deal with these minor problems? hmmm.
